                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 9559,
                   ENCAPTIONED AS SET FORTH HEREIN, SO AS TO
                   SUBSTITUTE THE CORRECT ORDINANCE NUMBER
                   INCORPORATED THEREIN.

              	   WHEREAS, On May 28, 1991, the City Council of the City 

         of Chattanooga enacted Ordinance No. 9559, encaptioned "AN
         ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 9143, ENCAPTIONED AS SET FORTH 

         HEREIN, SO AS TO AMEND CONDITION NO. THREE IN SECTION TWO 
THEREOF
         RELATIVE TO AN EASEMENT RESERVED BY THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA"; 
and
              	   WHEREAS, said Ordinance should have referred to
         Ordinance No. 9543 which had previously been inadvertently
         numbered as Ordinance No. 9143;
                                  NOW, THEREFORE,
              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 9559, encaptioned as 

         set forth above, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
         therefrom the numbers "9143" both in the caption and the body
         thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the numbers "9543".
              	   BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take 

         effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
